Use this checklist to review your portfolio through a hiring manager’s lens. This is not about polish: it’s about clarity, ownership, and judgment.

1. Ownership

• [ ] Is my role clearly defined on every project?
• [ ] Can a reviewer quickly tell what I owned vs. supported?
• [ ] Do I describe decisions I personally made, not just team outcomes?

2. Decision-Making

• [ ] Do I explain why I chose a direction, not just what I designed?
• [ ] Do I mention constraints (time, technical, business, or user)?
• [ ] Do I show tradeoffs instead of presenting every solution as perfect?

3. Process (without overkill)
